Only when w3p Limited has accepted your offer to subscribe for access to the software platform (which acceptance will occur when you receive, via e-mail to the email address you supplied during registration, a copy of the Brambl Subscription Agreement) will a binding contract be formed between you and w3p Limited. That contract shall be governed by and incorporate the relevant applicable terms and conditions set out on the Brambl Subscription Agreement (which can be found at www.w3p.com). You acknowledge and agree that, before placing an order with w3p Limited, you must have read and understood the Brambl Subscription Agreement and relevant terms and conditions. Furthermore you acknowledge that, unless expressly agreed by w3p Limited in writing, and no matter what terms you notify us of, no terms, other than the terms of Brambl Subscription Agreement and the applicable terms and conditions, shall apply to the contract between you and w3p Limited. You may cancel the Brambl Subscription and receive a refund in full of any fees paid by emailing subscriptions@w3p.com at any time before you login to the software platform.
